Hook Immobilizing Ink onto Palladium Myr and tap him to add 2 then pay 1 and discard to untap him and tap him for 2 again. Repeat this process over and over.

I'm sure you guys can figure out ways to benefit from the discard.

You'd need a way to turn 1 mana into draw, which even then only let's you cycle through your deck. Here's my suggestion: two immobilizing inks, palladium myr, and Arcanis the Omnipotent. WIth the inks attached to both, the Myr can fuel the mana cost of both auras, and Arcanis can fuel the discard cost. That also nets you one card each iteration, giving you Draw 3, Discard 2 at instant speed.

Even though its been overused, might I suggest Enduring Renewal? Just discard a creature card and get it back in your hand infinitely. Could make this a great early/mid game blue/white deck.

EDIT: never mind, I always forget Enduring Renewal is from play, not from hand. Tamiyo's ultimate maybe? Keeps it mono blue.
