Tap Soliton while he's equipped with Heavy Arbalest to deal 2 then use his own ability to untap him and tap him and deal 2 again. Do this in mono blue. Even if it's not infinite it's still nasty.

Add Mana Echoes, Splinter Twin and Gemstone Array and you have inf tokens and mana and all is mono red...

If I tap him for Splinter Twin though I won't be able to tap him to deal damage.

But if you create inf counters on the Gemstone you might tap him afterwards for inf damage

Besides, if you wanted to make it infinite, just add Paradise Mantle and Mana Reflection.

It's pretty great as is though.
