Swamp is Bloodline Keeper

Island is Mikaeus, the Unhallowed

So, cast the Painter\\\'s Servant naming black. Cast the other cards in whatever order you want. Mephidross makes all your creatures vampires. Bloodline Keeper should flip very quickly after that. Once it\\\'s a Lord of Lineage, all your creatures are much nastier, and have flying. Let\\\'s look at just the tokens. They enter play as 2/2. Lord of Lineage gives them +2/+2, so now they are 4/4. Vampire Nocturnus gives them another +2/+1. Now they are 6/5. Now, let\\\'s add Mikaeus, The Unhollowed. Now the free vampires are 7/6 and didn\\\'t cost you a thing.  Costly as far as mana, but DAMN! Big free vampires. Look at Mikaeus though. He\\\'s a vampire now, so he\\\'s a 9/8. Crazy...

Captivating Vampire is monoblack and gives all other vampires +1/+1 for much cheaper than undead Mickey. Since giving tokens undying is useless, paying only 1BB and being able to steal creatures might be more useful, out sooner, and cost less for the piggy bank.

Mikaeus is there to protect the other pieces of the combo, but not a bad addition.
