Alright, so it's very mana intensive, so I don't think that this will ever see standard, but it works for that format.
With Runic Repetition in GY use Mystic Retrieval to bring it back and use the Retrieval in the GY to bring back another spell. The Repetition can return the Retrieval to your hand resetting the combo.
It's 7UUR for each iteration, so not feasible for standard, but I could see someone playing this in a Riku EDH deck with infinite mana perhaps.

You did however just make a standard infinite mana combo, so it is usable.

Well that combo holds on its own - because once you use that one to get infinite mana, you've already won by stealing things so you don't need it. But you could always pair the two if you so choose I suppose

Yeah I guess this takes the place of Tamiyo Emblem in the Omniscience+Tamiyo Emblem+Something Spell combo. That's a good way to get around the mana cost, there's just still the issue of producing that much mana in standard - if only seething song et al. were still around.
