Have attendant, parasite and mikaeus in play. spend 1 for sacrifycing the attendant and get {bur} back, spent {b1} for removing the +1/+1 counter, {1} rest for sacrifycing again.

This is a basic mechanism and might be combined with other cards to make it a combo, e. g. Angelic Chorus makes you inf life and mana or Healer of the Pride makes you inf mana. Grave pact is self-explaining.

Holy cow, an attendant!

This is a very cool combo, especially with it's backbone being mono-black, thus easy to spit the Mikaeus out early with Rituals.
