Okay...I'm still having trouble. All the "all creatures have haste" enchantments are rare. and even with a Mountain, Empty the Warrens, Crimson Kolbold, Infernal plunge, Seething Song...you can afford something like a Shock and another Crimson Kolbold and can't use the goblin tokens.

EDIT:Okay, I found Burst of Speed, which if you swap out for the second Kolbold, and Lava Spike replaces Shock, that grants 15 damage. How do I get the last 5 damage?

Goblin Bushwhacker is what a lot of Pauper decks use. It gives all your dudes haste AND +1/+0. Pretty good deal for two red mana, and at common no less.

I've never seen a Pauper deck win turn 1. Turn 2 is possible with Glistener Elf, Invigorate and some Assault Strobe or Mutagenic Growth shenanigans.

turn one lotus petal mountain.
pyretic ritual, manamorphose, gitaxian probe, noxious revival, dark ritual, desperate ritual, empty the warrens, goblin bushwacker.
