Island is Venser, the Sojourner, the Planeswalker.

Play Venser, then play Spine and target whatever the biggest threat to venser is, it is destroyed. Then use venser\'s ability that flickers Spine, and at your end step you get to destroy the next threat to venser. That\'s 2 removals on the first turn out. Next turn you get to flcker Spine again, and before you know it you\'ve destroyed a lot of your opponents permanents and you can do venser\'s ultimate ability. The best parts are this combo is not too expensive to buy, and it removes anything that is destructible and targettable (including lands!).

Nice one, but if you filcker it, it enter the battlefiel at the begining of the next end step. I always tought that the ''next end step'' is the end step of the next turn. maybe im wrong on this.

'The next end step" is exactly what it says.  Because you can only activate Venser's ability during your main phase it will exile the permanent at that time and the permanent will return during the next end step.  If you skip the end step through some means like Sundial of the Infinite or Time Stop before you get there the trigger will wait until you get to the next end step after that.  Next end step means the next end step you get to.  If the board situation is as stated in the OP, you will get to destroy two permanents before they start their turn.
