Forest are Thragtusk but any green dude will work.

Just provide a sac outlet.

I'm done with VS combos now because this one fixes it all. Mortuary throws dude back ontop to be searched for again. I'm using two of the same creature because I think that is how it gets stacked; where you search before it is put back on top, ifin I'm wrong then only use 1 dude. Nice thing about this combo is any green creature will work when you run it like this. Jugan, Marker Beetles, miotic slime...you name it, it just got better.

Although this goes against Golgari play styles, this is still plenty usable with the cards of today. That's the only bad thing I can say about this.

I have lots of ideas, but with a sac outlet I can think of nothing better than Death's Presence.

The possibilities are mortifying...

Yeah I think Verdant Succession is very overlooked and underrated for potential. That is why I made three combos using it. They are all similar, but all different enough that you could run them all together. Mortuary is just an awesome card all around, but yeah, most def. a fun way to make a deck.
