The plains is legit. This combo also needs Ethereal Armor, and you need 5 Leylines in your opening hand for full potential.

Ethereal Armor

W

Enchantment-Aura

Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 for each enchantment you control and gains first strike.

The Leyline of Singularity just represents a generic Leyline.

Alright, I'll bite. Even if you manage to make this happen, it's at the cost of losing your hand. That's why Auras are so fragile - any removal makes them a 2 for 1. If they have any removal handy, say even an unsummon, you're left scrambling to topdeck a response.

Now I think that Ethereal Armor can be abused, I would just pair it with enchantments that give you back that card. Like Abundant Growth works great, it comes into play and you draw a card from it - there's no loss from that. Or combining it with Auras that provide a little more utility than the Leylines (which are mostly underwhelming in my opinion). Curses are good, like Death's Hold or Stalked Prey. O-Ring/Detention Sphere. I'm speaking entirely within standard, I suppose I think that Standards the only time Ethereal Armor should be used... I can see it in EDH too.

I agree. This was my attempt to prove that you can get good turn one effects without Black Lotus/Dark Ritual/Mox whatever. It's more theoretical than anything.
