Have Berit Steal a creature and if you want to use Skyscout to untap him and kill it to steal a creature later.

Attacking with a 2/3 to untap is pretty fragile, since many people will have ways of blocking and killing it, You may be better off with a aura of dominion or freed from the real so you can reuse the ability couple of times each turn too.
