This one is simple, put them all down, and whenever a creature attacks, put a forest on top of your library. Works great with Recycle and/or Library of Leng.

You will need howling mind or the like to beable to move forward. Recycle will screw you

I see how manabond + storm cauldrom lets you play with alot more mana than your opponent.  Maybe combine that with 'pay extra' abilities like Suppression Field to make it hard for opponents to do anything?

Oh, no wonder it doesn't work, I don't have clear cut way to get the cards on top of my library.
Add Scroll Rack!

Now that makes more sense.

Okay, Scroll Rack is ridiculously overpriced. There has to be another way.
