You have to have manabond and library of leng in play. cast overlaid terrain. You have to sacrifice all your lands when overlaid terrain resolves, so in response to casting that you cast sunder which returns everyone's lands to their hands. This way you don't have to sacrifice anything, at the end of your turn manabond lets you put all of your mana back into play. Because of library of leng, you don't have to discard everything else in your hand,  you can choose to put it on top of your library. If the other cards in your hand are instants, you could easily cast them instead.

In short, you double your mana, don't lose anything, and you have bounced all your opponents lands to their hands.

Casting 9 CMC of spells in one turn with additional pre-reqs is an expensive combo to try to get off in any regular game... and for EDH that is alot of combo pieces.  Other than being a hard combo to get off, I do like the idea
