Have the Memorial and the Peddler in play unpaired, cast the Shambler and pair it with the Peddler: All opponents creatures get one damage with deathtouch, your creatures will survive due to the protection granted by the Memorial end you can swing for 3 combat damage the same turn.
You also could replace the Memorial by Dominaria's Judgment, but that will make it 3 colours. Mark of Asylum would make it much cheaper
Caldera Hellion is a better choice for the source of damage.

Yeah Mark of Asylum or Light of Sanction could be used as cheap alternatives to the Memorial.
