Pretty self-explanatory. Tap doomsayer, all creatures subsequently untap because of intruder alarm. Create as many tokens as you want. As early as your opponent's upkeep, tap some tokens to tap down his or her land, creatures and artifacts.

Totally sick in EDH/ Commander. Only 10 mana in total. Seven if your commander is Grand Arbiter Augustin IV and you have him out.
