Tap Biskelion to put a -1/-1 counter on a creature then tap Overseer to put a +1/+1 counter on it and make it\\\\\\\'s -1/-1 counter cancel out.

By itself this is nothing special but combined with other cards there are alot of possibities.

Well all you're doing is using 2 cards to put one -1/-1 counter on a creature a turn. I mean, in the condition where these are your only artifact creatures out, I would almost prefer just using a brittle effigy. I really like pairing the Overseer with a Sinking Feeling. It lets you untap him for a colorless essentially, and that can let you pump up your artifacts repeatedly. There's a lot of really cool effects that the Overseer can have, this one just seems a little "meh" in comparison.

I'm pretty sure someone could make this more potent in an Artifact/Proliferation deck plus there's also Doubling Season.

Doubling Season probably isn't worth it with the Biskelion because it would double the -1/-1 counters placed on it too, and it wouldn't double the -1/-1 counters it places on your opponents.

There's still artifcat/proliferation. Especially if you went legacy or vintage with it.

Those two cards are both in the Tezzeret Duel Deck. One of many cool synergies in that deck.

use that with intruder alarm and Thraben Doomsayer for infinite creature killers (provided their creatures do not have shroud or hex-proof)
