so on first turn just play memnite then sac it to culling the weak, which lets you add 4 black mana to your mana pool, then play phyrexian obliterator.

Wow, that doesn't work for several reasons:
  1. You aren't casting Emerkul so you wouldn't get the extra turns
  2. You can't target Emerkul with followed footsteps
  3. Who gives a shit about infinite turns if you turn 5 Emerkul?

hey, since you know every thing about magic, would this work:

u have belbes portal, u play emerkul, then, that extra turn, u play another emerkul, since it is legendary, it dies, then is shuffled into ur library. how do i make it happen every turn doe?

Enduring renewal would do what you want but as lin mentioned using the portal to put emrukal into play does not trigger his extra turn ability because he wasnt cast.

Switch out portal with fist of suns and you get your infinate turns paying 5 mana each turn

yeah and you can attach followed footsteps to him using aura finesse. right?

no you can't.  Aura finesse targets and emrukal can't be targeted by colored spells.  You can however use aura graft since it doesn't target.

Though it would make more sense to use phantasmal image.  same results but only 1 card and less mana
