Keeper of Progenitus helps Ant Queen and Bear Umbra helps them both. If you want a creature to hook Umbra onto if you have Juniper Order Ranger out while you're doing this then he'll be pretty big from all the Ants you'll be making.

I'd also like to add that Totem Armor is an ability much overlooked. There are games where I've lost creatures because I've forgotten aboit it. Also there are other Umbras besides Bear Umbra that are overlooked. Hyena Umbra, Boar Umbra, Snake Umbra, Mammoth Umbra. Type in Umbra on the Gatherer and you'll see what I mean.
