T1: Memnite, Ornithopter, Swamp, Black Lotus. Tap the Swamp for Dark Ritual and sac Black Lotus to get 6 to your mana pool and play Time Vault and Cock of Omens. Use Clock of Omens to tap Memnite and Ornithopter and untap Time Vault and tap it to take an extra turn.

Repeat this every turn. Infinite turns on Turn 1.

It would be easier to just play voltaic key as you would still untap the vault every turn.

Something else: You only need one of the two creatures. You can tap Clock of Omens for payment of its ability.
