With seven lands out (or simply anything to generate 4UUG, but is coolest with seven lands), float it all and then play Upheaval. With your seventh mana, play Manabond. At the end of the turn, you'll get to put ALL of the lands in your hand back onto the battlefield, and your opponent will cry when you have 7+ lands and they have none.

That would be the most satisfying turn to pass.

I imagine this would fit well into a lands.dec sort of thing, because it already has manabonds/lots of lands, so just add upheaval to bounce all of your opponent's lands and put all of yours back.

Also, if you're really wanting to be creative, you could float 3 more mana, play upheaval, then play Sasaya, Orochi Ascendant, and actually be able to flip it. :)

Let's see, 7 mana (one of an opposing color) to bounce all your opponents permanents. As a cost you must discard your hand and all non-land permanents you control, doesn't sound worth it to me.

As was mentioned, it works best in a heavy land deck that features 40+ land cards, a large portion of which are man-lands.

Okay yeah, I see what you're saying, I still don't really like, but I guess it works.
