Sphinx of Jwar Isle is really Sphinx of the Chimes from RtR
Playing with a deck that is mostly Relentless Rats and having a Sphinx on the table, you can discard 2 Relentless Rats and draw 4 cards. Because you have so many Rats in your library, you should be able to keep this up for as long as you have cards in the library. You can even play a totally different combo (something in mono-blue for example) and have the Rats in there just to discard and draw expecting to never cast them. A functional way to guarentee you draw your combo :).

Add in a Psychosis Crawler, or Niv-Mizzet, spiraling embers, etc. for winning damage. A handful of rats don't do much.
