With all out sac the skeleton for B with the altar and each opponent has to sac too. When the skeleton dies you get an eldrazi spawn token which you can sac for 1 colourless to force everyone else to sac again. Use the 1B that you just floated to bring the skeleton back from the graveyard to do it as many times as you want. Also works well with
Bitter Ordeal
to exile their library. There are a lot of possibilities with ETB cards too like
Cathars' Crusade
or
Goldnight Commander
to pump up the rest of your field.

Seems to me like is a late game combinaison.
But I must admit it sounds good to play !
