Turn 1: Swamp, Dark Ritual, and Wall of Blood

Turn 2: Plains, Sol Ring

Turn 3: Plains

Turn 4: Plains, Near Death Experience. During your opponent's turn, use all your life but one on Wall of Blood

Turn 5: Win during your upkeep

 

 

As an added bonus, you can repeatedly use the Wall of Blood to block. I know that there are better combos with Wall of Blood.

or if you wanna be really quick about it, instead of the wall use Plunge into Darkness (and gives you a chance to draw up an answer to anything they might do to stop you)
