Just deal damage to an opponent in some way, which will triger exquisite blood, gaining you life, which will trigger sanguine bond which deals more damage to an opponent, which triggers exquisite blood again and so on...

Yeah, it's good, this is just the fourth time its been posted. A search of the card "Sanguine Bond" shows that its been posted before, two times with proxys (before exquisite blood was in the database), and another with Maralen. It helps to look up your combos just to avoid reposting.

Isn't sanguine blood redundant? How about exquisite bond? Welcome to the site, by the way. It's always good to see new faces.

I will again post: This makes and infinite combo and thus ends the game in a draw.

Boyachi, that is not the case at all. Let's assume you have both out and manage to get your opponent to lose 2 life. Exquisite Blood triggers, and you gain 2 life. Then Sanguine Bond triggers, taking 2 life away from your opponent. They take turns triggering, which indeed does cause an infinite cycle, BUT it still uses the stack. In between the resolving of the triggers, state-based effects would check and see that your opponent has 0 life. The game would thus end. You win. How could this be a draw?

The rules state that if two TRIGGERED abilities are triggered because of one another, the game is ended in a draw. Or do you draw a card? I don't know, but it's one of them.

Spiderman

sometimes that is true, such as the two triggers created by false cure and transcendence or 3 faceless butchers, journy to nowhere, or oring

State based effects are checked everytime a trigger resolves before the next one does.  but the reason the above examples create a draw is because there is nothing effected when SBE's are checked.  In this combo, opponents life is 0 when SBE's are checked so they take effect and end the game with an opponents lose.
