The name "the lottery" is a reference to how hard it might possibly be to obtain the necessary cards to pull this combo. It's an idea of mine and still needs practice, so any advice would really help me.
Here's how this one works. Having multiple tutors always helps in combos like this if you can do it.
First, make sure omniscience or hypergenesis is in hand, as is Tamiyo. You will use Demonic tutor to get either OMNISCIENCE (Card isn't in the database yet) or hypergenesis into your hand (whichever one of the two you don't have). Play hypergenesis face-down for its suspend cost. If possible, play Tamiyo, the moon sage on the next turn. You can use clockspinning to do either one of two things, and that is either to remove a time counter from hypergenesis or to add loyalty counters to tamiyo. Make sure you pay the buyback cost.
Once hypergenesis is done, its time to roll. First play OMNISCIENCE (again, not in the database but is crucial to this combo), then cast through time [This is not absolutely necessary if tamiyo has enough loyalty counters to activate her -8 ability]. Then play clockspinning for just its bare buyback cost again, and if possible pull it twice on Tamiyo. By now she should have enough counters to do her -8 ability. Use Traumatize to mill yourself, thereby bringing half of your deck into your hand. Since you can play spells without paying their mana cost, you should be able to win this turn. Use your imagination from then on.
