only question is would you get to keep the token since they stopped being prides?  I want to say that they die anyway but I'm hoping I'm wrong

The Pride card dictates whether they live or die from the look of the card. Keep in mind I'm not a judge.

The conditions of getting rid of them at end of turn isn't caused by the text on the token or the token itself (which is what's being changed), it's set by the effect creating it. However, these attacking tokens no longer have the "must be blocked by only one creature card if able", as that was a quality connected to it being the War-Pride.

Just so people know, you need to drop the 'kitties' before you drop the elemental.  If you have the elemental out first the Nacatl will enter as a copy of it and won't have the attack-trigger.  Besides that it seems a great way to attack with a bunch of 6/6 creatures :)
