Pop out the Darkest hour and the Reclamation to slow your opponent down.

Toss out the two braids of fire followed by the ritual of Subdual and you have a rather impressive standstill.

How do you win? Well, if you have cards like Manalith (or the RtR version) or Mana Prism or any other mana producing artifacts, you can still cast your spells. If you can ping your opponent with a Prodigal Sorceror or similar effect, you can also win.
Or Liliana's Caress. Or Dingus Egg.

Warning: this does not work as well as I'd like against artifact decks.
