Have the both in play and attack. The more creatures your opponent has, the more unblockable damage you will do.
Declaring your attackers triggers the Nacatl tokens, this triggers the Lambholt's +1/+1 counters. Then, blockers are declared and only creatures with Power equal or higher than the Lambholt's power (includiing the recently applied +1/+1 counters) may block.
