Have everything out, or at least another way to animate the tines.

Name merfolk for Xenograft.

Untap and untap the two tines for infinite. Since they are merfolk you get infinite life.

You only need one Tine, it can untap itself.

Really? I thought "another" permanent meant it had to target ANOTHER permanent (i.e. other than itself).

Instead of March of the Machines + Tines, you can use Seeker of Skybreak.

Not much different, just using a different color and 1 less card. But still, its faster, so nice idea!
