Niv-Mizzet is the new one:
Enchant the Dragon with the Ping aura and untap for discard --> Damage <= cards in hand + library; if you have an Eldrazi or similar --> infinite damage since library does not get empty
I only found a combo with Mind Over Matter; the Ping card is exchangeable (Heavy Arbalest or similar)

I mean, I suppose you're netting an extra card per ping when you use Niv-Mizzet, but really Mind Over Matter and Quicksilver Dagger should end the game attached to any creature (as long as you have more cards in your library than they have life). Another way you could do this though is by getting rid of the Dagger, and replacing it with an Izzet Boilerworks. Tap the Boilerworks for UR, use it for Niv-Mizzet's ability to ping and draw, discard to untap the Boilerworks.
