Island = Turn to Frog

You play Turn to Frog on Acidic Slime and end turn you can destroy target artifact, enchantment, or land.

But I do not know it is a legal combo.

The Acidic doesn't "re-enter" play, it just regains it's ability. You're better off pairing this with a Deadeye Navigator.
