Phyrexian Metamorph is Phantasmal Image

With the Clique, Occultist, Messenger, and Greaves out, cast the Phantasmal Image.  The image enters as a copy of Clique or Messenger and you get the appropriate trigger.  Target the copied creature with the Greaves and the Phantasmal trigger will make you sac it.  When it dies the Occultist and it's Undying/Persist will trigger.  Have them mill one and then the creature come back as a Messenger or Clique (the one you didn't choose the last time) and get the trigger for that one.  Target it again with the Greaves, rinse, repeat, profit.

The choice of the cards is in the synergy of the Clique and Selhof Occultist.  You mill their creatures, and then steal those creature.

This is hard to achieve in that you need 5 cards, but focuses mainly on the combo of the Phantasmal image copying either the Clique or Messenger.  If either get killed it will just come right back, if they get killed again you're playing in the same colors as several effects that can return it from the graveyard.  Phantasmal Image seems soooo much stronger when combined with Persist and Undying effects because it's Extremely difficult to exile instead of it dying, basically imune to PtE.
