have maralen, sanguine bond, and exquisite blood on the field. during your opponents upkeep, they search their library for a card causing them to lose three life. you then gain infinite life and your opponent loses infinite life.

its a loop of trigger abilities, SBE's will see your opponent at 0 life between the triggers resolving and the game will be at an end
