Island is Omniscience from M13.
Repulse is Archaeomancer

While startimg testing for my Azami EDH, I stumbled on this way to get board control and draw. I still need a lot of cards for this deck, but this combo will be staying.

How it works: have Omniscience, Azami, amd Leyline on board and the Archaeomancer on board or in hand and Peel in hand. When mancer is in play, tap for Azami's effect and draw a card. Use Peel to return mancer and an opponent's creature to hand. You can do this for some crazy shenanigans.
