Because of Training Grounds, Skyshroud Elf has 0: Add R or W to your mana pool. Just ask for infinite mana!
Also works with Bog Initiate, it just gives you Black mana.

Why? Skyshroud Elf's second abiity doesn't require it to tap, but it still is an activated ability.

Training grounds cannot reduce the cost to less than 1. A cost of 0 is less than 1, so the cost will still be at least 1.
