Play the Reactor, the coretapper and dross scorpion.

Tap coretapper, and put a charge counter on Reactor

Play then the Incubator (in other turn if you wish). (Reactor has 2 charge counters)

Now pay for the ability of incubator, tap it, sac it. Search for all the Synod you have (20), and exile them, then put 20 Myr in play. Tap Coretapper, one more counter, sac a Myr and repeat until Reactor has 20 charge counters, win the game

can't work seat of synod is still non-basic land max 4

if there are 4 synods, and 4 of each other artifact land, it works!!
