I want to know if this works. If i play vexing devil you take 4 damage to make me sac it can I play undying evil before I sac it?

Your opponent's choice is made on resolution of Vexing Devil's triggered ability. So you'd have to play Undying Evil before the Devil's ability resolved, at which point, most people wouldn't choose to have you sac it.
