A bit mana heavy, but cast Sudden Disappearance before the Due Respect and that will ensure that all your opponent's dudes are tapped.

Or just add Blue for Sleep the turn before. Or Gideon Jura. Or his lawkeeper.

Or Venser the Sojourner with Kismet to do it every turn...

I agree with the Kismet. Very annoying card, and the very first curse card. Particularly devistating with a Smoke.

I would think that if creatures enter tapped, then sunblast angel enters tapped, and it destroys itself.

Yeah, maybe use Urubrask to tap them down.
