This is my submission for the combo-war

With an Oblivion ring in play, an Oblivion Ring and Worldgorger Dragon in hand, cast a Hypergenesis (either off the suspend or a Cascade spell).  The Worldgorger Dragon will enter and his trigger will hit the stack.  Tap all your lands and allow the trigger to resolve and exile all your permanents including the O-ring on the field.  When you are able to, use the floating mana from your lands to cast the Oblivion Ring and exile the dragon.  All your lands will come back as well as your first O-ring.  Target the second O-ring with the first and respond by floating all your mana.  That ring will leave and the dragon will come back and you'll be back to square one but all the mana you floated.

Because you'll only be playing the Worldgorger Dragon off of the Hypergenesis, this should only require you to play green and white in the deck with a possible splash for cascade spells.  If you splash blue you can play with Shardless Agent and Ardent Plea as your cascade spells, this should be pretty easy to pull off even in a tournament setting as you could also play with Fiend Hunters as a semi-o-ring that will only hit the Dragon.

This is brilliant, and pretty straightforward. I wasn't sure what i wanted in a cascade deck but this combo is on my list of things to look out for.

no what you do is keep both your oblivion rings in hand and cast hypergenesis. Since no abilities can happen while hypergenesis is resolving:
10/15/2006: Anything that triggers during the resolution of this will wait to be put on the stack until everything is put onto the battlefield and resolution is complete. The player whose turn it is will put all of his or her triggered abilities on the stack in any order, then each other player in turn order will do the same. (The last ability put on the stack will be the first one that resolves.)

You play worldgorger dragon off of the genesis and the 2 oblivion rings. Wait till genesis resolves then stack the abilities like this: worldgorger dragon, oblivion ring, oblivion ring. Then exile what ever else you played or your opponent played off of genesis or nothing then using the second oblivion ring exile the first one then worldgorger dragons ability triggers. This lets you not have to run white for oblivion ring and lets you actually run a some what stable mana base from the hypergenesis decklist and primer off of MTGtheSource.com
