You need 4 Dark Rituals.

Swamp, Dark Ritual X4, Morgue Toad.
Sac Morgue Toad, get RU, add the BBBBBB you have from the Dark rituals, cast Nicol Bolas for BBBBBBRU!

I prefer the old Dark Ritual, Entomb, Shallow Grave combo with the old Nicol Bolas myself.
