thats first if you have jace's erasure on play  1 or 4 it's no importante but it's more fast

second step you play trade secrets in first and you play redirect on trade secrets

third step because jace's erasure is in play you top 1 card of target player librarie to graveyard for each card you draw and you draw 2 card because you redirect trade secrets to you and thats untils you top all card in librarie of opponent

Are you even allowed to redirect Trade Secrets to yourself, since it says "target opponent"? Wouldn't you be an illegal target?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you can't Redirect the Trade Secrets, because the card states target opponent. You have to choose an opponent. You, being the caster of the spell, are an illegal target.

You can't redirect the spell to yourself for the same reason you can't redirect it to a creature.  There is are definitions to what you target that restrict you from targeting other things.  Redirect would have to either change it to another opponent or not change it at all.
