Other cards needed are Laborator Maniac and Omniscience
With Onmiscience, Endless Horizons, and either Null Profusion or Recycle on the board you can play out your entire library.  You keep yourself from hitting a bunch of lands by playing all dual lands that are part Plains so they can all be removed with Endless Horizons.  If you don't want to play Endless Horizons because you don't want to splash White the Recycle/Profusion works wonderfully with cards like Oracle of Mul-Daya as well because there is no restriction on where you play the card from, be it your hand, graveyard, library, or exile.

You can start by dropping the Omniscience, then dropping the Profusion/Recycle for free, then dropping the Endless Horizons for free and drawing card.  Now you get to search your library for all of your dual lands that are plains as well as all basic plains and exile them.  Because you shouldn't have any lands left in your library you should be able to play everything for free and draw off of it.  I threw in Laboratory Maniac as a win-con as you should be able to keep casting spells after him to keep drawing cards until you're out.  "In response to your removal spell I'll cast a bunch of instants and win the game anyways."

That works as long as your opponant doesn't have any responses to your instants. After every spell you cast, you pass priority to any opponant who wants to do something about it. Very nice though.
