This is more expensive than the last combo, but more automated.
Imprint Temporal spring to Panoptic Mirror, then play Omen Machine. Bounce their land to the top of their library to keep them from getting anything new.
If you want to break the brown and splash some blue, you can add Paradox Haze to have an additional upkeep, thus bouncing a land an extra permanent.
Add a discard mechanism and strip your opponent of everything (except poison counters, if that is your thing).

This is so awesome. I guess to make it Modern you could use Lapse of Certainty, Excommunicate, Grasp of Phantoms, Griptide, Spin Into Myth... etc.
