Choose a card name. Target player reveals cards from the top of their library until a card with that name is revealed. If it is, that player puts the rest of the revealed cards into their graveyard and puts the card with the chosen name on top of their library. Otherwise, the player shuffles.

This combo is designed for EDH primarily though could probably be adapted for some other formats using cards that remove other cards from the library like Surgical Extraction so one will get left in hand so you can cast Lapse of Certainty'esque cards to get it back on top of the library.

In EDH, use Jace's first ability to 'Fateseal' your opponent.  As long as the card wasn't a basic land, put it on bottom of their library.  Cast Tunnel Vision on your opponent and name the card you Fateseal'd as it resolves.  Because they cannot have more than one of that card in their library they will reveal everything until that card is revealed and that card becomes the new library.  A Tormod's Crypt like effect can help you protect yourself from some Eldrazi Titans shuffling the graveyard back in.

Can't believe this combo wasn't already posted, seems pretty solid for the format and won't attract a whole lot of agression towards you from other players because it's a 1-shot effect by itself.  Just play it against the biggest threat to everyone else on the board and they'll probably not mind ;).  This format is too much about politics some times.
