The Island is "Deadeye Navigator" from avacyn restored. Heartstone makes the navigator's ability cost one mana. Soulbond with morselhoarder.  Remove two counters from morselhoarder to produce navigators 1 mana and leave the other floating. Blink morselhoarder unlimited times. Group this with any other creatures that have a \"enter the battlefield\" trigger and the potential is limitless.
