Venser Shaper Savant isVenser the Sojourner.

Your opponent will put creatures into play tapped due to Kismet, then during you turn use Venser to blink the Angel in and out of play to destroy all those creatures.

You can throw in Living Plane to also do the same thing with their lands.

March of the Machines would keep it two coloures and seems to me to be much more effective.

Kismet makes your opponents artefacts enter the battlefield tapped.
March of the Machines turns them into creatures.
Sunblast Angel destoys all tapped  Creatures (and Artefacts) at end of your turn.

Do you understand now that this card has something to do with this?
Anyway, the disadvantage of this synergetic construct is that you have to have creatures with vigilance to swing for some points of combat damage and that you should use your artefacts (if they are not indestructible) in opponents' turns only.

If the SBAngel is the only creature you have then blink him, play Reins of Power and have fun.

or better yet, Mycosynth Lattice then sleep to tap all your opponents creatures then sunblast wipes all of their stuff including land

Actually you don't need the Vigilance creatures. You can just swing with Sunblast before you blink him.
