Venser is actually Venser the Sojourner.
Use Venser to blink Cloud of Faeries in and out of play to untap 2 lands a turn getting you 2 free mana a turn.

There's a lot more effective uses of Venser. What you're accomplishing works, it's just not necessarily an incredibly useful or impressive effect. You're better off just spending the 5 mana on a gilded lotus.

You can still do this in a deck with alot of Flash effects.
