Play the illusions of grandeur to gain the 20 life. Sacrifice the gauntlets to exchange control of illusions of grandeurfor another enchantment. The cumulative upkeep of the illusion will quickly get out of control and cost them 20 life for illusions going to the graveyard.

Hooray for seemingly old combos that work now because they changed the rules (hey, I know that it has been years, but it was after these cards were printed)!

Umm, the gauntlets say "exchange control of artifact, creature, or land". Illusions of grandeur is an enchantment. So unless you include something like Mycosynth Lattice i don't see how you plan to target Illusions of grandeur.
