Island stands for Chant of the Skifsang (not in database for some reason), works on indestructibles and regens (toughness reduced to 0 or less than 0) as well

I mean, this IS a combo, and technically it does work......but typically you're going to lose card advantage killing a single creature with 2 cards......1 for 2 isn't good math. Just pointing out that there are better options for creature removal that require only one card.

I prefer the old Serendib Sorcerer + Merfolk Thaumaturgist combo myself. Recurring monoblue creature removal was never this easy!
