14 mana is pretty tough to pull off for this, but technically it does work........but wait, as you cast Obliterate, in response I cast Path to Exile on your Dragon.......oops.  ;)

can't 'Counter', but there's still ways to stop it in each color

White: PtE, as stated or Restoration Angel
Blue: Unsummon or Venser, Shaper Savant
Black: Murder or Unmake
Red: Fireball or Cunning Sparkmage+Basilisk Collar
Green: Beast Within or Hurricane

The spell may not be able to be countered, but you also need to look at other vulnerabilities.  When you say Uncounterable 1 sided board wipe you insinuate that it can't be responded to or stopped.  Outside of a Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir, there aren't many ways to totally stop this, so I'll recommend that one little addition to this if only for the protection it grants it ;)

I would be fun to cast Mirrorweave or Snakeform to nerf the Dragon before the Obliterate resolves so the Dragon doesn't have it's return ability when it dies.
