Why would you make 12 Disciples of the Vault? I don't see the purpose.

I get the title, but why don't you just throw out DotVs and put in Meddling Mage? You'd respond to each spell by blocking it. Throw in Telepathy and you'll know exactly what is coming and when to expect it.
